Yoga is a practice that uses breath, movement and meditation to restore the body and mind to its natural healthy state. Join Lora Vahlsing, certified Hatha Yoga instructor, for a six-week yoga experience designed for the beginner and intermediate yoga student. Instruction provides modifications in each posture to meet each student's level.

Students should wear comfortable, loose fitting clothes, and bring a bottle of water.

 Preregistration is required.

Gentle Yoga | SSM HEalth

Tuesday 11 a.m. - noon

Centering on breath control and coordination of breath and movement, gentle yoga can be deeply therapeutic by addressing health issues that are structural, physiological, energetic or psycho-emotional.

Join me for a six-week gentle yoga program that will deepen one’s  existing knowledge of yoga with meditation and visualization techniques to strengthen mental focus, relieve stress and anxiety, and awaken to the inner peace and joy that is your birthright.

Small Group Yoga | NFDL

Thursday 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

This is an ongoing mixed level yoga practice in North Fond du Lac. The benefits of this class is that it's limited to three people and it allows for more one-on-one instruction. Please contact me if you're interested in participating in this class.
